BFCCA Nature Walks

About Us

Join BFCCA trustee Sarasswati Ross as she leads our Monthly Nature Walk and offering a chance to reconnect with nature.

Our walks take place on the 2nd Sunday of the Month with like-minded people, where we talk about sustainability, are inspired by others, share our stories, and connect with our community and Nature.

It is an opportunity to ease our eco-anxiety by remembering we are part of Nature, not separate from Her, and to look after ourselves while looking after the planet.

Walking outdoors not only boosts our wellbeing by grounding us and improving circulation and breathing, but it also helps us relax and restore a healthier internal dialogue by increasing serotonin and decreasing cortisol.

What to bring:
Bring a water bottle, walking shoes, and dress for the weather.
The walk will go ahead no matter the weather

We will walk at a reasonable pace for approximately 6km

Please email bfcca@outlook.com if you would like details of our next walk, or check out our Facebook Group for details
